Sumner NM 34.5N, 255.8E. Pressure and Temperature retrieved from on-board data. The sun and warm air from the gondola cause high readings (by up to 20K) in the 1-sec T data. To attempt to retrieve an appropriate ambient profile, the 1-sec data were averaged over 5 sec, and then for each 100 sec interval (20 5-sec averages) the lowest T was found, along with the corresponding P (also 5-sec avg) and UT time. These are listed below. The derived "minimum-T" data follow the lower edge of the 1-sec data, with a small number of points still contaminated. These obviously bad points have been deleted, but some high points may still remain. The 4th column is the Sun Sensor reading, which is 0 in the dark, 10 full scale (full sun). Some of the high sun readings may be sun striking the sensor over the top of the gondola, while the air temp sensor may still be shaded, so that not all high sun T data can be disregarded.
